We specialize in cleaning auto upholstery, our service is ideal for the removal of stains, dirt and pet hair from all accessible interior surfaces. Our service is best for extremely dirty vehicles. However, if you are trying to resolve an odour problem, paint correction issue or are looking for a steam-only/luxury detail we are not a good fit for you.

We do not offer any odour removal services. Odour causing interior vehicle spills and the odour from mould, mildew, vomit, mouse droppings and cigarette smoke require cleaning steps that we do not offer. We do not perform ozone treatments or odour fogging/bomb treatments. We do not remove vehicle seats or door entry guards to access beneath carpets to remove spills that are in the carpet underlay or between floors and the carpet underlay. We do not perform any type of seat cushion flushing to remove deep spills from the cushions of seats. We do not perform any ventilation system cleaning such as air-vent steaming or cabin filter cleaning/changing. We do not clean spare tire wells, behind trunk lining, nor do we clean inside door panels or the dash, which are all very necessary steps for effective odour removal.

If you are looking for detailing services to resolve an odour problem or to address a spill that you fear may result in an odour problem,.. do not book with us. We highly recommend that you take your vehicle to another detail shop and have them specifically address your odour problem with a customized detail cleaning package that does everything necessary to remove your specific odour problem. In most cases, this will cost less than our service and solve your biggest concern.

Even though, our specialty is upholstery cleaning, our services come in the form of a complete interior and exterior detail with a ceramic spray wax, we don’t offer just the upholstery cleaning or just the interior cleaning. We do not offer customized detailing packages.

We do not offer paint correction. Paint correction refers to polishing paint to remove paint imperfections such as scratches, oxidization and also includes clay bar treatment for the removal of over-spray, paint contaminants, tree-sap or road tar. The proper removal of paint scratches requires multiple levels of paint polishing with various degrees of polishing products, that may even require wet sanding. For this reason paint correction is a costly, time consuming service. Do not book a Complete Detail with us for the purposes of removing deep scratches or even fine scratches, much like odour removal services, paint correction requires a customized package for each vehicle based on its specific needs, we don’t offer customized detailing packages.

Our process for cleaning employs material specific chemicals for removing grime, dirt, marks and stains from interior hard surfaces including leather or vinyl seats. Due to the nature of the cleaners and methods we use, all surfaces must be reconditioned or dressed with a non-silicone, oil-based dressing, then buffed with a Microfibre cloth for a clean, crisp non-greasy finish. We take great care to buff-off excess dressing from these surfaces to minimize shine, however there will always be a slight unavoidable increase in the shine of these surfaces. We do not offer a no-gloss or matte finish dressing option.

The only way to properly achieve a no-gloss or matte finish on interior hard surfaces, is to clean those surfaces using just steam and a Microfibre cloth, without using any chemical cleaners. Steam-only cleaning leaves these surfaces free of chemical residues, allowing the application of matte or no gloss protectant dressings. Steam-only auto detailing is ideal for exotic cars, classic cars or older cars with delicate interior surfaces. Additionally, steam only detailing is ideal for maintaining the new car feel and smell when auto detailing newer low kilometer vehicles. However, we do not offer steam-only auto detailing.

To sum up, our Complete Detail is best for dirty vehicles that do not require Odour Removal, Paint Correction or Steam-only, Chemical-free, Luxury Auto Detailing.
