We offer two paint protection options at Super Carwash Detailing, they are a Ceramic Spray Wax or a Ceramic Coating. The nano ceramic paint protection products we use far exceed traditional waxes. We do not offer hand waxing or machine applied waxes.
Our Complete Detail for $225 includes a Ceramic Spray Wax. Our Ceramic Spray Wax is a premium product that has the highest concentration of nano silica dioxide (SiO2) available. We apply it to all exterior painted surfaces and gently buff it to a shine with a microfibre cloth. The Ceramic Spray Wax sits on top of paint and the shine that results is significant and the surface will maintain hydrophobic properties for months.
The extent of paint correction we perform for a Complete Detail for $225 which includes a Ceramic Spray Wax is a thorough hand washing, polishing headlights, chemical decontamination of paint to remove small rust spots or rail dust, and the removal of minor tar or sap. After we apply our Ceramic Spray Wax your vehicle will have increased shine and hydrophobic properties but any paint correction issues will still be present, such as scratches or oxidization.
Our Ceramic Spray Wax and application process is safe for all types of paint. Also, it is safe for vehicles that have been ceramic coated or have received other types of paint protection systems. All we do is spray it on and hand buff the excess product with a soft microfibre cloth, our Ceramic Spray Wax does not contain any abrasives or polishes.
Ceramic Spray Wax will provide paint protection for up to 2 months depending on how frequently customers wash the vehicle. For customers looking to maintain their paint multiple applications of a Ceramic Spray Wax would be required each year. We do not offer any other service then our Complete Detail, so customers looking to have just a reapplication of a Ceramic Spray Wax would have to find another detail shop or purchase a Ceramic Spray Wax and apply it themselves as part of their regular car washing.
The best option for paint protection is to add Ceramic Coating for $295. The benefit of adding Ceramic Coating to your Complete Detail is that the paint will have a much deeper shine or a unique glass like appearance that ceramic coatings are known for. Also, the paint will have hydrophobic properties that will last from 6 months to a year, making it very easy to wash the vehicle. Importantly, the Ceramic Coating will provide oxidization and UV protection as well as maintain its unique glass like appearance for a whole year, even if the coating starts to loose its hydrophobic properties.
We are able to offer a ceramic coating for only $295 added to the price of the Complete Detail, which is a price much lower than other detail shops, because we apply a fast curing ceramic coating without full paint correction. We apply a single coating of FEYNLAB® CERAMIC LITE, a coating that cures completely in as little as 1 hour. Unlike other ceramic coatings offered for a higher price, we do not apply more than one layer of the coating nor, do we need to have the vehicle for hours to cure. Although, as part of the process of application we perform some paint correction steps, such as clay bar treatment and a single stage finish polish, these paint correction steps are only to ensure the paint is prepared for the coating to bond properly. We do not remove scratches, oxidization or paint imperfections before applying our ceramic coating.
If your vehicle has excessive paint correction issues such as large amounts of road tar, tree sap, paint over-spray or heavy oxidization. We will decline the Ceramic Coating. Customers should asses their vehicles before booking our Ceramic Coating and if they have these major paint correction issues they should consider just the Complete Detail without Ceramic Coating or better yet find another detail shop that can address their paint correction issues. We do not decline our Ceramic Coating for vehicles that have paint correction problems such as heavy scratches or imperfections like orange peel or fish-eye. We feel the high gloss shine of our Ceramic Coating significantly improves the over-all general appearance of vehicles with heavy scratches and paint defects such as orange peel or fish-eye, enough to justify the application.
Also, we offer New Car Ceramic Coating for $395 for vehicles with less than 10,000km that don’t need a complete detail. Our ceramic coating differs from the packages offered at car dealerships because we don’t offer a guarantee or warranty on the coating and we do not coat other surfaces than paint. We don’t offer exterior ceramic coating of wheel rims, trim or glass.
